Targeted treatment that helps restore muscle strength, function, performance, and range of motion. By inserting thin, sterile needles into trigger points, this technique stimulates the muscles, reduces tension, and promotes healing.

Dr. Matt Crandall is a Board Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist specializing in dry needling, manual therapy, and strength-based rehab. A former college football player and Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he brings athletic insight to treating injuries and keeping active adults moving pain-free.

After studying Exercise Science at Appalachian State and earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Winston-Salem State, he now helps others in Charlotte move better, feel better, and stay active for life—with a focus on sustainable progress and joyful movement..
