Dr. Jordan Rodrigues

A North Carolina native raised in Kill Devil Hills on the Outer Banks, he grew up surrounded by movement and adventure. From surfing, skating, and skimboarding to wrestling, football, and lacrosse, an active lifestyle was the norm—one that laid the foundation for a deep appreciation of the connection between physical activity and overall well-being. That passion led him to Boone, NC, where he studied Exercise Science at Appalachian State University and discovered a love for long-distance and trail running. After earning a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Winston-Salem State University, he moved to Charlotte to begin helping others reach their full potential.

Jordan believes that the body is capable of more than we often realize—it just needs the right guidance. His mission is to help people uncover their own "user manual" so they can move better, feel better, and stay active for life. Throughout his career, he's worked with individuals from all walks of life, each seeking to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. His approach emphasizes sustainable progress, whether you're recovering from an injury, gaining strength, or striving for a pain-free lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, you'll find Jordan running with his four dogs, training jiu-jitsu, gardening, or playing disc golf. He lives by the same principles he shares with his clients: move in ways that bring you joy, and stay active for life.
